4-H Cloverleaf Project Achievement is a core program in Georgia 4-H. 4-H members select a topic, research it, write a report and give a six-minute oral presentation. These oral presentations also meet the Career portfolio standards for CCRPI. Over seven hundered and fifty 5th and 6th grade 4-H’ers presented oral presentations during 4-H meetings held at their respective schools in the month of February. Ninety-five 4-H members represented Spalding County at the District Project Achievement competition held at Mason Creek Middle School in Douglasville, GA.

Two hundred and ten 4H members from nine counties competed. Spalding County had an outstanding day bringing home forty-six 1st place winners, thirty-two 2nd place winners, and ten 3rd place winners. 95% of Spalding’s participants placing in the top 3. Spalding received a plaque for the Highest Number of Participants.
