The Spalding County Parks and Recreation Department has extended the registrations for the 2015 Fall Season through August 8, 2015! There are three convenient ways to register:
- Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm at the Parks and Recreation Administration office located at 843 Memorial Drive, Griffin.
- Saturday, August 8th from 10am to 2pm at City Park
- Online at www.spaldingparksandrec.com
- All players must bring a birth certificate to register. The age control date is the player’s age as of September 1, 2015.
- Tackle league for ages 7-12 is $125.00.*
- Flag Football league for ages 5-6 is $60.00.*
Football equipment will be issued Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday Aug. 8th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at City Park. Player must be present to be weighed and properly fitted.
*Cash, Credit and Debit payments are accepted.
*Players who live outside of Spalding County will pay an additional $30.00 out of county fee at registration.
All individuals who are interested in coaching football must complete the following:
- Coach Application
- Pass the background check screening
- Have current NYSCA Coach Certification
- Present proof of NYSCA Concussion Training before permitted to coach.
