Our Mission
Our mission is to enhance the public's health and safety by removing aggressive and helping to control stray, abandoned animals and by providing comprehensive education and exemplary
service to the citizens of Spalding County and their pets, while also reducing the pet population
of homeless and needy animals within Spalding County.
To rescue, rehabilitate animals in crisis, ensure healthy pets through education, advocacy, and
affordable services, and inspire a community where the animal-human bond is celebrated and
nurtured. To provide humane care and to provide multiple humane education programs
Our wish is a humane and compassionate future for every animal friend as we strive to
maintain No Kill shelter.
We believe in the humane treatment of all animals, ensuring they have adequate food, fresh water, and shelter. We protect animals from abuse and work diligently to charge and convict offenders.
Adoption is the most rewarding part of our work, and we have many loving animals ready to become part of your family. Their unconditional love and companionship will enrich your life.
Our main role is animal control, and we hope you understand its importance. Your help and support are crucial to our efforts.
